Notice regarding Article 13, paragraph 9 of the Public Procurement Act

Pursuant to the provision of Article 13, paragraph 9 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 90/2011), we announce that the Director of the Institute for Migration and Nationalities, the President and members of the Management Board of the Institute for Migration and Nationalities and related persons within the meaning of Article 13 paragraph 4 of the Act are not in conflict of interest in accordance with Article 13 of the Public Procurement Act and therefore there are no economic entities with which the Institute for Migration and Nationalities, as a contracting authority, may not conclude public procurement contracts within the meaning of Article 13 paragraph 3. Of the Law on Public Procurement.
